Ingredients
200g pasta
4 filets of anchovies
1-2 cloves of garlic, diced
1 chili, sliced
1 tbsp capers
125g cherry tomato, chopped in halves
2 filets of grey mullet(or Sea Bass or Cod), sliced up in thin pieces
pinch of salt
handful of fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1/2 lemon
1/2 cup of arugula
freshly grated parmesan
Instructions
 
Pasta
1. Boil water and salt, then cook pasta until al dente
2. In a pan, add olive oil and fry anchovies
3. Add garlic, chilli, and capers in
4. Once ingredients have fried for about a minute or so, add in chopped tomatoes and let it fry for about 30 secs
5. Add fish into pan, let fry a bit and add a ladle of pasta water into the pan. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes
6. Add a bit more of olive oil
7.  Toss in fresh parsley
8. Season to taste
8. Toss in cooked pasta and mix
9. Squeeze in half a lemon
10. Use some of the lemon for the pasta sauce for the arugula and add a pinch of salt
11. Plate pasta and lay arugula on top of pasta
12. Grate fresh parmesan to finish dish
